Redeemer Community Church

Last Sunday, we once again had the privilege of ordaining new elders as they respond to God’s calling to shepherd our church family. Together as a congregation, we laid hands on them and their families, asking the Lord to strengthen them for the task ahead. We believe that Scripture is clear: the church is not meant to be led by one voice alone, but by a plurality of elders who reflect the heart of Christ in their leadership. These men are entrusted with the responsibility of teaching God’s Word faithfully, leading with humility, and caring for the flock that God has entrusted to our church. As these men begin this new season of service, pray for their wisdom, discernment, endurance, and humility – that they would first and foremost be found at the foot of the Cross. Pray also for their families, who share in this calling as they open their homes, give of their time, and walk beside them in ministry. We rejoice in the ways God continues to provide shepherds for His church, and we look forward with gratitude and hope to all that He will do through these men and through Redeemer in the days to come. As always, if you ever want to message one of our elders, you can find their contact information on our website.
